Cape Landing is the operator of https://www.capelanding.com.au (“Website”).

By placing an order through our Website you will be agreeing to the terms below.

Wine is sold subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our Website but, from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will arrange delivery of the available products to you and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

All orders made in the Cape Landing online Wine Store must be capable of shipment to an Australian address.

Our wines are packed and delivered in Cape Landing branded 6 bottle cartons.

The minimum purchase on any order is 6 bottles (packed in one 6 bottle case) of the same wine variety. 

We are not able to mix wines in cartons, so any individual carton purchased will contain 6 bottles of the same wine variety/vintage.

All orders will be shipped domestically within Australia FREE OF CHARGE.

Please note:
* Free shipping is to one location per order only.
* For multiple delivery locations, additional delivery fees per location will be applied, unless the total quantity of wine going being delivered to a particular location is 12 bottles or more.
