Vineyard Gate
Discover the secrets beyond the Vineyard Gate!
A More Personal Experience
Cape Landing’s Vineyard Gate experience offers a unique wine tasting opportunity in Margaret River.
Instead of a conventional “Cellar Door,” we provide a uniquely personal experience through guided tours of our vineyard, tailored for small groups who are eager to delve into the realms of viticulture and biodiversity within a modern Australian vineyard, rich in historical significance and mystery.
Available November to the End of April in Each Vintage Year
To arrange your visit to Cape Landing, kindly make a reservation and meet with us at the Vineyard Gate.
Nestled within Cape Landing is one of the area’s most significant restored Group Settlement Cottages, dating back to 1923.
Our vineyard not only boasts a wealth of biodiversity and historical significance but is also a haven for a captivating array of flora and fauna.
More Than a Wine Tasting
We firmly believe that the art and science of winemaking begins in the vineyard.
A visit to Cape Landing is more than an opportunity to taste a few of our wines.
We are always pleased to welcome visitors, take the time to show you around, making sure you leave Cape Landing not only with an appreciation of our wines , but also why our vineyard and home is truly special.
One of our knowledgeable team will guide you around the vineyard, providing a comprehensive overview of the impact of Group Settlement, our particular approach to viticulture and sustainable land management, and our efforts towards maximum biodiversity.
Learn and Taste
You will have an opportunity to get up close and personal with the vines that produce the fruit for our most celebrated wines.
Depending on the season, you will see fruit on the vine in various stages of development from bud-burst, flowering, verasion, through to harvest.
Take the tour and experience the true essence of Cape Landing, before nestling by the fire-pit (if it’s a cool day and there are no fire-bans) to enjoy a sampling of our exquisite wines.
